In addition, the plan proposes to promote eligible medical institutions to carry out pilot projects for the development and registration of in vitro diagnostic reagents in areas that are urgently needed clinically and at the forefront of technology, to facilitate the transformation of self-developed reagents into registered products, to deepen research on the health economics of innovative medical devices throughout their lifecycle, and to encourage the domestic production of imported medical devices.
