According to CoinMeta, shareholders have expressed resistance against the crypto finance company, demanding the liquidation of 4,081 BTC units following a $50 billion collapse and requesting that executives resign. The largest shareholder of Empery Digital made this demand after the company's stock price dropped by 49%. Meanwhile, Metaplanet cut executive salaries by $220 million. GD Culture and FG Nexus are currently selling Bitcoin to fund share repurchases. Strategy completely skipped Bitcoin purchases last week, according to Bloomberg.
