Michael Saylor: The digital asset industry should expand its application scale to protect innovation
2026-09-20 08:07:59
According to CoinMeta, Strategy, who is the executive chairman, stated that the digital asset industry should take advantage of the next two years to promote the implementation of compliant products with the support of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Treasury Department, and banking regulatory agencies, rather than accepting the restrictions imposed by the Clarity Act on stablecoins, service providers, and innovative pilots. He advocates for a financial innovation market with clear rules, open access, and full competition, allowing products such as Bitcoin, digital credit, tokenized securities, trading platforms, and stablecoins to develop. He believes that the industry should expand product applications between 2027 and 2028, and if 50 million American users can benefit from low-cost payments, Bitcoin services, and digital securities, widespread adoption will increase the political cost of reversing these policies, becoming the foundation for protecting digital innovation.
