According to CoinMeta and OneMillion.AI, this week may see a flurry of major model updates, with at least 7 models showing signs of being released or in the testing phase. The first group includes GPT-6, SOL, and Claude Opus 5.5; OpenAI has not been confirmed yet, as well as GPT-6 and SOL. However, Sam Altman indicates that the content originally scheduled for last week has been postponed to this week. Regarding Anthropic, blogger Lyra mentioned that Opus 5.5 is currently in testing and is planned to be released on Tuesday. The second group comprises Grok 4.7, Qwen4, and Kimi K3 .1. Elon Musk once stated that Grok 4.7 was expected to go live on September 12th, but it has not been released yet. Qianwen has made it clear that Qwen3.8-Flash-Next is an early preview of Qwen4, and there is no official announcement regarding the release of Qwen4. The third group includes Gemini 4, Pro, and DeepSeek V4 .1; Pro is also part of this group. Gemini 4 is currently in testing, Google confirms that Gemini 4 is in training, and DeepSeek mentions future versions of V4.1 and Pro, although no release dates have been provided.
