CoinMeta data: The LINK token of Chainlink rose by about 6% after the launch of the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) 2.0, with a 30-day increase of 30.3% during this period. This upgrade gives financial institutions more control over cross-chain data or asset transactions. Although traders welcomed this announcement, LINK faces technical testing when it approaches $15. Market analysis shows that after the launch of CCIP 2.0, the trading volume of LINK surged by 89%. The protocol allows institutions and asset issuers to add cross-chain validators for self-checks outside of the default validation network of Chainlink. Chainlink also indicates that users can run these validators on infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. This upgrade also supports faster cross-chain transfers, and users can choose according to their own risk settings.
