According to CoinMeta, Sivar under Modveon has integrated with Coinbase's infrastructure and Base, announcing that a uniform fee of $2 will be charged for all US users transferring any amount of money to El Salvador. Last year, El Salvadorians remitted $9 billion back to their home country, and millions of dollars in fees were deducted from this amount; these fees are included in the services for withdrawing funds in fiat currency.
