The wallet Sivar is aimed at local Salvadoran users and Salvadoran expats in the United States, charging a fixed fee of $2 for cross-border transfers. This wallet operates in a self-hosted mode and supports the holding and transfer of stablecoins. Relevant on-chain transactions are processed through the Base network of Coinbase. In April 2026, Modveon was registered as a digital asset service provider with the Salvadoran National Commission of Digital Assets ( CNAD ).
