According to CoinMeta, BrainHug Technology has disclosed the latest clinical exploration progress of its fully implantable, wireless, and fully functional (‘three-full’) brain-computer interface system. A subject with high-level paraplegia has attempted to use this system in conjunction with a AI large model, 3D printing, and AI smart glasses to complete digital creations and control of environmental devices. In the creative scenario, the subject inputs sketches and prompts via brain control, which are then used by AI to generate visual plans and digital models, which are further transformed into physical works through 3D printing. In daily life scenarios, the system combines the visual perception capabilities of the smart glasses to identify surrounding devices and controls equipment such as hospital beds and lighting according to the subject’s confirmed intentions. Currently, these applications are still in the clinical exploration phase.
