CoinMeta US stock news: The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has stated that starting from April 9, 2027, it will bring digital asset platforms (DAP) and tokenized custody platforms (TCP) under the regulatory framework of financial services licenses, with ASIC responsible for licensing, supervision, and enforcement. The relevant digital asset framework legislation was approved in April 2026. ASIC plans to issue consultation documents and regulatory guidelines regarding asset custody, trading, settlement standards, and capital requirements before the official implementation, with the final rules expected to be announced in the first quarter of 2027.
