According to CoinMeta and a Chinese online announcement, the company plans to issue A-shares to no more than 35 specific investors, raising a total of up to 2.833 billion yuan. After deducting the issuance costs, the funds will be used for the upgrade project of digital copyright content resources, the development project of IP derivative content, the technology research and development and upgrade project of AI large models, the technology upgrade project of the AIGC multimodal content platform, as well as the upgrade project of intelligent middle platform technology. Additionally, the funds will be used to supplement working capital.
