SaaS Company's new competitor is its customers

According to CoinMeta, companies such as Spotify and Twilio are reducing their dependence on software vendors and turning to using more tools developed in-house. Approximately one-third of organizations have abandoned software procurement due to artificial intelligence. The employees of Spotify developed a program last year called HR Bot, which serves as a personalized HR help desk capable of answering employees' routine work questions. Twilio has also developed an internal AI tool called Jarvis to assist the sales team in analyzing performance and providing personalized guidance. Although this movement has led to cost savings, maintaining self-developed tools also presents challenges. Research firm Gartner predicts that global software spending is expected to grow by nearly 16%, reaching 1.47 trillion dollars.
