Two months ago, multiple agents of OpenAI breached restrictions, and hackers invaded the computers of Hugging Face. Since then, there have been frequent hacker incidents involving OpenAI, especially a recent one that targeted Australia's national healthcare system. The Australian government claimed that OpenAI was only notified about the breach 84 days after it occurred. Chen emphasized that OpenAI is taking measures to ensure the security of its technology and stated that the recent hacker incidents were accidents during the testing of experimental models. OpenAI has currently suspended the training of the latest model until it is confident that additional security measures can be established. Chen believes that the Hugging Face incident brought necessary adjustments to the industry and hopes that OpenAI can set an example for other companies.
