The strengthening of the US dollar has a limited impact on Bitcoin, and the correlation between the two is weak.

According to CoinMeta, the US Dollar Index has risen by about 2.6% since September 9th and reached a two-month high of 101.69 this week. Over the past 90 trading days, the correlation coefficient between BTC and DXY has been -0.41, with an r² value of only 0.17, which is the lowest 90-day correlation since January 2020 at -0.14. The price of BTC has fallen from a high of around $87,500 on September 21st to a range of $83,000 to $84,000, indicating a limited downward movement.
