According to CoinMeta, Coinbase Markets indicates that in order to complete the migration from Coinbase International Exchange to Deribit, perpetual contract trading in regions outside of the United States will be suspended for approximately 1 hour starting at 17:00 on October 1st, Beijing time. During this maintenance period, the service will not be available temporarily.
