Developers say that this move will transform Doge from a simple payment method into a complete, programmable DEFI ecosystem. The launch of DogeOS has increased Doge's transaction processing speed to about 300 TPS, while also ensuring transaction security. The project has received support from major venture capitalists; developers previously raised $6.9 million in a seed round of financing, with Polychain Capital serving as the lead investor.
