According to CoinMeta, on September 30th, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Treasury Department issued a special permit to Serbian Petroleum Corporation, extending its operating license until October 30th. The new permit will allow Serbian Petroleum Corporation and its only active refinery, the Pancevo Refinery, to continue operating.
