According to CoinMeta, Dogeos officially launched its public beta on September 30, 2026, introducing an application layer compatible with Doge Coin, with Doge Coin serving as its native transaction fee token. The project announced the completion of a $6.9 million financing round in May 2025. Dogeos, as a zero-knowledge Rollup, is aimed at supporting smart contracts and settling its status in Doge Coin. Dogeos indicates that developers can use this public beta to build and test products, and in the future, multiple applications will be launched, including a liquidity engine for BarkSwap and a lending protocol for Superposition Finance. The Dogeos team emphasizes that network verification and developer testing are the current top priorities.
