MEXC announces the addition of 1,000 BTC to Guardian Fund

CoinMeta Data: On September 30th, MEXC announced an additional allocation of 1,000 BTC to its user protection fund Guardian Fund, marking the second large-scale allocation this year. Previously in May, it committed to expanding the fund from $100 million to $500 million within two years. MEXC stated that after the additional allocation, the fund now holds 100 million USDT and 2,000 BTC, and has made the public blockchain wallet address available for users to verify. In May, the fund included 1,000 BTC for the first time as a long-term reserve asset, in addition to the USDT liquidity reserves.
