2026-10-02 07:00:43
According to CoinMeta, data center operator Firmus Grid plans to seek a valuation of 43.7 billion Australian dollars (about 30.3 billion US dollars) in its offering in IPO this month, with an issue price of 11 Australian dollars per share. The company's underwriters have informed investors that they have already received interest from orders sufficient to cover 5 billion Australian dollars in financing at an issue price of 11 Australian dollars per share. The scale of this fundraising may potentially increase by another 500 million Australian dollars. This listing by Firmus is expected to become one of the largest offerings in Australian history, on par with the scale of the IPO in 2014. Data shows that the scale of fundraising in Australia's primary market this year is currently slightly over 1 billion Australian dollars, while it has exceeded 2 billion Australian dollars in the past two years. Firmus plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on October 23rd, and the company will begin accepting bids from institutional investors on Tuesday, with the bidding process concluding on Friday.
