According to CoinMeta, as reported by Benzinga, Tom Lee stated that stablecoins are becoming "indispensable" for the liquidity of the financial system. Research from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco shows that stablecoin issuers have increased their holdings of U.S. Treasury bonds by over $200 billion in five years, offsetting more than a 40% decline in China's holdings.
