According to CoinMeta, as reported by Coindesk, the stablecoin payment infrastructure platform Openpayd stated that the company expects to complete the merger with Titan Acquisition Corp before the end of the year and plans to list on NASDAQ under the ticker OP. Currently, the transaction still requires the registration documents of SEC to take effect and the approval of Titan shareholders. Openpayd plans to launch services in the United States by April 2027, and the funds raised from the listing will mainly be used for expansion in the U.S. and potential acquisitions, including obtaining licenses and technology. The company has previously incorporated MSB USA Inc and its remittance licenses in 43 states into the group. As of April 30, 2026, Openpayd's annual revenue was 73 million dollars, higher than the previous year's 57 million dollars, with EBITDA at 13 million dollars and a net loss of 2.8 million dollars. According to the announced terms of the transaction, the estimated equity value after the merger could reach up to 1.1 billion dollars.
