2026-10-05 14:58:10
According to CoinMeta, as reported by U.Today, Binance has announced stricter restrictions on encrypted transfers for Brazilian users. Starting from November 1st, some international encrypted transfers will be blocked or frozen unless users provide additional information to comply with Brazil's crypto regulatory requirements. Binance will require Brazilian users to share the purpose of the transfer and detailed information about the transaction recipient when sending or receiving cryptocurrencies. In addition, Binance will submit the collected data to the Central Bank of Brazil on a monthly basis. The new rules only apply to international transfers and do not affect encrypted transactions between Brazilian residents.
