CoinMeta data: QCP indicates that the macro narrative has shifted towards a more dovish stance, with expectations of interest rate hikes in October cooling down. In September, non-farm employment fell to 29,000, lower than the expected 84,000, and the unemployment rate rose to 4.2%. BTC rebounded from $87,100 to $86,700 after reaching that level, and it needs to hold steady above $87,200. ETH managed to maintain a level between $2,650 and $2,800 at $2,725. The weekend clearing volume was $62.7 million, with short positions accounting for 68%. On Wednesday, the FOMC meeting minutes, as well as the data from Thursday to Friday and on October 14th CPI, are points of focus for the market. The significantly weaker non-farm employment data directly reveals the weakness in the labor market, and the slowdown in wage growth combined with the rising unemployment rate constitute solid evidence of an economic slowdown.
