CoinMeta Data: On October 2nd, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved a rule change that allows CBOE exchanges to list six funds designed to provide daily price fluctuations of three times for Bitcoin, Ethereum, gold, silver, crude oil, and natural gas. These funds come from Volatility Shares, which has previously launched Bitcoin and Ethereum products with 2x leverage. The funds will be traded on the BZX exchange of CBOE just like ordinary stocks. SEC and FINRA have warned investors that returns over a single day may differ significantly from the daily targets.
