According to CoinMeta, Dutch international analyst Francesco Pesole pointed out in a report that if French government bonds continue to be volatile due to fiscal concerns in the near term, the euro may face further decline. He stated that the rising fiscal risk premium and the cooling of market expectations for an interest rate hike by the European Central Bank are putting pressure on the euro. Although the price of French government bonds has fallen somewhat, helping the euro to rebound from its lows, the likelihood of a sustained rebound is not high. He noted that the current fiscal risk premium in the French bond market is still relatively limited, which means that if pressure on the bond market intensifies, the euro still has room to fall further, and could even drop to $1.10.
