According to CoinMeta, Hyperliquid has confirmed registration in Singapore, but the Singapore Financial Regulatory Authority (MAS) stated that the platform is not under their jurisdiction. The team behind Hyperliquid resides in Singapore, but they have not applied for MAS licensing. On June 26th, MAS added Hyperliquid to Singapore's crypto warning list, reminding the public that the platform is not regulated by them. Hyperliquid claims it to be an unlicensed infrastructure, and users have control over their own funds. Despite the warnings issued by MAS, the HYPE tokens of Hyperliquid are still being traded, with a current price of $91.64, which represents a 3% decline within 24 hours.
