Compared to September's data, the ratios of BNB, USDC, XRP, and USD1 have slightly decreased, while the ratios of BTC and USDT have increased, both remaining at 100% or above, indicating that their safety cushions are still solid. Interestingly, the amount of BTC held by Binance users has increased by $536.7 million, whereas ETH has decreased by $498 million. This suggests that BTC has attracted funds from ETH, or that ETH has been heavily transferred onto the chain after building positions.
