According to CoinMeta, as monitored by Trustsniffer, on October 28th, Tether added multiple addresses to the USDT blacklist on the Tron network. The monitoring page showed that at least 33 Tron addresses were marked as frozen that day, with a total balance of about 27 million US dollars in USDT at the time of the freeze warning, with the largest single address having approximately 7.8 million USDT. Tether has not yet publicly explained the specific reasons for this centralized freeze.
