According to CoinMeta, Chainlink has launched a 24/7 market data service that provides around-the-clock pricing data for real-world assets such as stocks and commodities, supporting tokenized asset trading, perpetual contracts, predictive markets, and lending applications. As the initial partner, AAVE uses this service to price the tokenized RWA collateral on the Horizon platform. The service provides data through data feeds and data streams, aggregating quotes from multiple perpetual contract trading platforms during off-hours of traditional markets to form a price reference.
