Binance is currently buying back stolen assets both on and off-exchange to fulfill its asset reserve requirement ( POR ), which may be part of Binance's effort to purchase ENA from Ethena OTC to cover the gap caused by the theft. It is worth noting that yesterday, a total of 217.5 million ENA were stolen from Binance.
