According to CoinMeta, co-founder Thorchain of Chad Barraford stated that THORNode node operators do not possess any non-public information, and all relevant data is publicly available in real-time, allowing investigators to obtain it without the need for a subpoena. This statement was in response to a call by the US FBI for THORNode operators, RPC node operators, and DEFI platforms to intercept transactions from Binance attackers.
