According to CoinMeta, the hacker Pando Rings spent 16.98 million DAI to buy 7,548 ETH at an average price of $2,249 each, and transferred 4,000 of these ETH to Tornado. This hacker stole approximately $22 million in assets from Pando Rings four years ago.
