The Iran-War reshapes the regional landscape, with Oman becoming one of the economic beneficiaries

According to CoinMeta, Oman is taking advantage of the opportunities brought about by the Iran war to achieve billions of dollars in economic growth and is gradually becoming one of the region's biggest beneficiaries. The country has largely avoided the severe impacts of Iranian attacks and is seeking to transform its current advantages into long-term benefits. Its capital, Muscat, is attracting investors to participate in port construction, plans to establish an international financial center, and is actively positioning itself for the artificial intelligence boom. Professor Steffen Hertog from the London School of Economics and Political Science stated that Oman can provide a certain level of security, which will make heavy industry investments more attractive. Farouk Soussa, an economist at Goldman Sachs for the Middle East and North Africa region, said that as long as the Iran conflict remains unresolved, Oman's economy is likely to outperform that of other members of the Gulf Cooperation Council in the short term.
