According to CoinMeta, ByteDance’s AI and agent platforms (coze) have announced a phased discontinuation of their current enterprise versions. Starting from November 30th, the Standard Enterprise Edition and Flagship Edition will no longer accept new customer purchases. The old packages on Volcano Engine will be discontinued on December 31st, and the new enterprise packages will be completely phased out by December 31, 2027. Existing enterprise customers can still renew their subscriptions and purchase additional seats, but the service period cannot exceed that date. A IDC report shows that in 2025, coze ranked first in the Chinese public cloud intelligent agent development platform market with a 19.3% revenue share, but the annual software revenue for this segment was only about 250 million yuan, and the corresponding scale of coze was roughly 48 million yuan.
