In line with the company's strategic layout and operational development needs, with the aim of optimizing the allocation efficiency of civil motor resources, reducing management costs, and promoting the high-quality development of the company's motor industry, the board of directors agreed to the absorption and merger of Smart Micro Motor by Aerospace Electric System. After the completion of the absorption and merger, Aerospace Electric System will continue to exist, with its company name, registered capital, and equity structure remaining unchanged. Smart Micro Motor, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerospace Electric System, will have its independent legal person status legally cancelled, and all of Smart Micro Motor's assets, liabilities, business, and personnel will be legally inherited by Aerospace Electric System.
