Under the contract, Jiuquan Jingang will deliver all computing power nodes in batches, with each batch having a service period of 60 months. The estimated total price of the cloud service fees, including taxes, under the contract does not exceed 1.536 billion yuan. The first and second batches of cloud service fees, including taxes, total 384 million yuan. The prices for subsequent batches can be adjusted according to the mechanisms stipulated in the contract, and the actual total amount will be based on the actual quantity delivered and the execution prices confirmed by both parties for each batch. The settlement mode is "pay first, then receive service," with quarterly prepayment settlements.
