In addition, in terms of innovation-driven development, the focus should be on unmanned, electric, networked, and intelligent technologies. Efforts will be made to deeply integrate technological innovation with industrial innovation in the field of low-altitude equipment, and to rapidly develop an advanced and suitable product system for low-altitude equipment. China will also enhance innovation in application scenarios, adhering to the principles of transporting goods before passengers, implementing isolation before integration, and starting with remote areas before urban zones.
