According to CoinMeta, Samsung Electronics' digital wallet application Samsung Wallet has officially launched stablecoin account services for eligible American Galaxy users. It allows users to directly buy, hold, transfer, and receive Circle USDC based on the Solana blockchain without the need to download separate encryption applications or manage private keys. The service covers approximately 82 million compatible devices in the United States. This feature is technically and financially supported by licensed hosting and infrastructure providers Bastion and Coinbase. Samsung emphasizes in the service terms that these accounts are considered cryptocurrency wallets, not bank deposit accounts.
