Smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, and other intelligent agent terminals that come pre-installed with agents must undergo intelligent agent adaptation verification in accordance with relevant standards during network entry detection, as well as legal security assessments for fraud-related risks and preliminary evaluations of anti-fraud capabilities. Intelligent agents used on these terminals should be equipped with unique identification codes in line with national standards for intelligent agent interconnection. Terminal manufacturers must ensure consistency before and after the intelligent agent terminals obtain network entry permits. In the event of significant changes to the intelligent agent terminals, manufacturers are required to report to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and carry out network entry detection as required.
