According to CoinMeta, as reported by Cailian News, a senior Iranian official stated on November 5th that Iran has submitted a proposal regarding nuclear issues to the United States through Qatar. This proposal will be discussed after the U.S. accepts seven conditions put forward by Iran. The official mentioned that the U.S. is studying this proposal but refused to provide any specific details. Due to concerns that tensions between the U.S. and Iran may escalate again after the mid-term elections in the U.S., mediators are currently intensifying their efforts to mediate the situation.
