According to CoinMeta, Guotai Haitong completed the preliminary preparations for the third batch of "Securities, Funds, Insurance Companies Exchange Facility (sfisf)" on November 6th, has already commenced repurchase financing transactions, and has completed the first batch of stock buying operations. Guotai Haitong stated that it will continue to utilize this exchange facility to increase its holdings of A-share stocks and stock ETF.
