According to CoinMeta, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited have revised the "Essential Clauses of the Risk Disclosure Statement for Shanghai Stock Exchange Hong Kong Stock Connect Transactions" in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the Shanghai Stock Exchange Hong Kong Stock Connect Business" and relevant regulations. The new clauses will come into effect on November 16, 2026, and adjust the risk warnings regarding the distribution of securities through the Hong Kong Stock Connect and the settlement arrangements on half-day trading days. The "Essential Clauses of the Risk Disclosure Statement for Shanghai Stock Exchange Hong Kong Stock Connect Transactions (Revised in 2026)" issued on June 5, 2026, will be repealed simultaneously.
