According to CoinMeta, Microsoft's capital expenditures in the third quarter were reduced by about $5 billion due to the failure of the third-party data centers it planned to rent to be delivered on time. Sources familiar with the matter said that there was a delay in the construction of the data center project located in IREN in Texas, USA, which led to Microsoft postponing some of its expenditures. Meanwhile, AI server provider Supermicro Computer, Inc. (SMCI) continued to raise its earnings forecasts, with revenue in the first fiscal quarter reaching $19.95 billion, higher than analysts' expectations of $16.39 billion, and it expects revenue in the second fiscal quarter to be between $19.5 billion and $21.5 billion. The revenue forecast for the 2027 fiscal year was also raised from $65 billion to $72 billion to $72 billion to $82 billion.
