According to CoinMeta, on November 6th, the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Austrian Federal Ministry for Economics, Energy and Tourism jointly hosted the first meeting of the China-Austria Entrepreneurs Committee in Beijing. Minister Wang Wentao and Minister Hartmannsdorfer attended the meeting and delivered speeches, with over 100 representatives from the political and economic circles of both China and Austria participating. Wang Wentao stated that this year marks the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Austria. Under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both countries, China and Austria have adhered to an open and inclusive approach, leading to fruitful results in bilateral economic and trade cooperation. The establishment of the China-Austria Entrepreneurs Committee will build a bridge for mutual exchange between the economic sectors of the two nations and promote the in-depth alignment of China's 14th Five-Year Plan and Austria's "Industrial Strategy 2035." Enterprise representatives attending the meeting expressed their confidence in the prospects for Sino-Austrian economic and trade cooperation, welcomed the positive progress in Sino-European trade and investment negotiations, and were willing to work together through the mechanism of the Entrepreneurs Committee to play a positive role in the development of Sino-Austrian and Sino-European economic and trade relations.
