He made this statement in response to the newly established “Iron Gate” task force by the U.S. military, which is aimed at assisting in combating Iran's transportation of advanced weapons and other sanctioned materials across land borders and through the Caspian Sea. Mohabi told Fars News Agency: “The ‘Iron Gate’ plan is nothing more than a game of words. The Americans cannot achieve their goal of imposing severe economic pressure and causing the Iranian economy to collapse in this way.”
