MSTR provides the main funds for share sales
The company stated that last week, it generated net income of $602.8 million by selling MSTR. Of this amount, $369.7 million was used to purchase Bitcoin, and $151.8 million was used to repurchase STRC. As a result, the unrestricted cash on hand increased by approximately $30 million.
Strategy It is also disclosed that under the current issuance plan, there are still approximately $19.09 billion of MSTR available for further sale. This means that management can still raise funds for purchasing coins, replenishing cash reserves, or making other capital arrangements in the future, but no commitment has been made to utilize all of it at this time.
Total US dollar assets amount to 6.71 billion dollars.
As of August 30, the company disclosed that its US dollar assets included $5.01 billion of USD Reserve and $1.61 billion of USD Cash, totaling $6.71 billion. This figure also includes funds from shares that have been sold but not yet delivered.

The reserve account designated by the board of directors is mainly used for preferred stock dividends and unpaid debt interest; the use of USD Cash is more versatile, as it can be used to continue purchasing Bitcoin, expand reserves, or meet other corporate needs.
STRC Repurchase continues to advance
While resuming its increase in holdings of Bitcoin, Strategy also continues to repurchase STRC. Previously, the price of this security fell to the $70 range, and the latest pre-market price is around $97.33, a slight decrease of about 0.7% from last Friday's closing price.
MSTR is currently trading at around $127.31, down about 7.4% from last Friday's closing price. This resumption of buying also occurs after the company confirmed two previous sales of Bitcoin, indicating that it is still adjusting its holdings and capital management pace in recent times.
Additional information:Michael Saylor previously posted on social media saying "We're back," but at that time, the specific scale of purchases was not disclosed; this time, the SEC document provides for the first time the complete transaction amount and changes in holdings.
