Bloomberg Industry Research's summary of the second-quarter 13F filings shows that Wall Street institutions' positions in XRP ETF spot are still expanding. Goldman Sachs' holdings for this quarter rose to 87.4 million US dollars, making it the largest among the disclosed institutions. At the same time, the cumulative net inflow into the product has approached 1.8 billion US dollars, indicating that funds continue to flow in despite price fluctuations.
Goldman Sachs had the largest increase in holdings
According to data compiled by Bloomberg Industry Research, Goldman Sachs' XRP ETF exposure increased by $83.1 million from the previous quarter, showing a significantly higher growth rate than other institutions.
- Jane Street Group, holding a position of $16.6 million
- Millennium Management, holding a position of $16.2 million
- Intesa Sanpaolo holds a position of $14.4 million
Also making it into the top five is Marex UK Holdings, with a position holding of 8.1 million US dollars. The report mentions that most of the institutions on the list this quarter are increasing their holdings in XRP and related ETF. However, some institutions have chosen to reduce their positions, including Citadel Advisors, Gallacher Capital Management, SIG Holding, and Flow Traders US.
Cumulative net inflow approaches $1.8 billion
From the position holding of a single institution to the overall capital flow, the money-absorbing speed of XRP ETF has drawn even more attention. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated that the capital flow performance of such products is "surprisingly stable."
Public data shows that shortly after its launch in November 2025, XRP ETF accumulated a net inflow of approximately 150 million US dollars; by mid-January 2026, this figure rose to 1.45 billion US dollars, and it continued to grow in the spring, breaking through 1.79 billion US dollars in late August.
During the period of price decline, there was still capital flowing in.
Reports cite market views stating that it is noteworthy that the increase in capital inflows did not entirely rely on the continuous strengthening of the price of XRP. Even during periods when token performance was under pressure, the capital for ETF continued to grow.
It is also mentioned in the text that if XRP remains above $1.36, the market may test the $1.43 level again; if it falls below this level, the recent lows could be tested once more.
RLUSD Market Capitalization Breaks Through $2 Billion
In addition to the ETF funds, Ripple's stablecoin, RLUSD, also reached a new scale this month. According to the latest independent audit data for this stablecoin in July, its market value has exceeded $2 billion, of which over $1 billion was directly issued on XRP Ledger.
