Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, September 28, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Unisys (New York Stock Exchange ticker: UIS) has been selected for Business Insider’s ( Business Insider ) 2027 “500 Most Innovative Companies in the U.S.” list, reflecting the company’s strong performance in industry reputation, technological influence, and research and development (R&D) investment. This list focuses on organizations across the United States that are shaping the future of innovation.

The company also conducts evaluations based on industry surveys, patent data, and financial statements. Business Insider has jointly launched the "Most Innovative Companies in the U.S." list for 2027 with research, data, and analytics firm Plant - A Insights Group.

After reviewing patent data and financial indicators, 1,600 companies advanced to further evaluation, and ultimately 500 companies were honored. Unisys received a rating of 4.5 out of 5 and was listed as one of the 15 companies in the IT Services and IT Consulting categories.

This recognition comes shortly after a series of honors recently received by Unisys, including Time magazine’s “2026 Best Companies in the U.S.” list, The Economist’s “2026 Global Most Likable Workplaces” top 100 list, and Forbes’ 2026 “Best Midsize Employers in the U.S.” list.
