Comoros Mouchamoudou, September 30, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- MEXC, which focuses on zero-commission digital asset trading, indicates that in the "2026 Centralized Exchange Crypto Liquidity Report" published by CoinGecko Research, MEXC ranks first among the studied exchanges in terms of market order book liquidity for SOL and DOGE.
The report measures the order book depth of eight exchanges across five major unstable coin assets – BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, and DOGE – with the statistical period covering from July 6 to September 3, 2026, for a total of 60 days.
MEXC records the highest SOL market price liquidity
CoinGecko has found that, compared to the previous year, in 2026, the distribution of SOL liquidity across various exchanges was more balanced. In this increasingly competitive environment, MEXC achieved approximately $934,000 in SOL market order book liquidity, ranking first among the eight exchanges studied.
The report also indicates that although the overall liquidity has decreased compared to the 2025 level, the liquidity of SOL has become more dispersed across various exchanges. It is stated that after deviating from the immediate market price, the depth of other trading venues increased, and after exceeding a range of plus or minus 0.20 US dollars, the depth of Bitget and Coinbase surpassed that of MEXC.
MEXC leads in liquidity at the DOGE market price and higher levels.
In terms of DOGE, MEXC boasts over $443,000 in market order book liquidity, ranking first among the exchanges under study. Only Binance, MEXC, and OKX exceed $200,000 at this level.
At a position further deviated from the market price, MEXC regained the lead after exceeding a range of plus or minus 0.0006 US dollars (0.3%), surpassing Binance and Bitget. Thereafter, once it exceeded a range of plus or minus 1%, its liquidity stabilized, with approximately 2 million US dollars on each side of the order book.
MEXC maintains deeper liquidity of DOGE during market volatility periods
The report also examined the liquidity of DOGE during certain market events. On August 21st, as broader price fluctuations occurred, the market depth of DOGE changed, but MEXC remained one of the trading venues with a relatively substantial overall order book depth. The report's observations also found that during the subsequent price fluctuations on DOGE, traders placed larger lump-sum orders near key price levels.
MEXC CEO Vugar Usi Zade stated: "For retail traders, liquidity is the foundation of market quality. It determines execution efficiency, price stability, and whether investors can enter and exit positions with more confidence. Therefore, deep liquidity is a crucial element in MEXC lowering the barriers to trading and providing more efficient global market opportunities."
MEXC indicates that, overall, these findings show that MEXC maintains strong liquidity close to market prices in both SOL and DOGE assets, and its DOGE depth is further extended to more distant positions in the order book. For traders, deeper liquidity helps to improve execution efficiency, allowing orders to be executed with less impact on market prices.
MEXC indicates that looking to the future, the company will continue to strengthen market penetration and execution quality as part of its broader efforts to provide users with a more efficient trading experience under the vision of Infinite Opportunities.
