Las Vegas and San Francisco, September 30, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Today, at their annual customer conference Celebrate '26, they announced several significant Revenue AI announcements. The conference was held on-site in Las Vegas. Gong, the co-founder and CEO, discussed the next phase of Revenue AI's evolution and announced the launch of several new innovations, including Gong Enrich, Agent Builder, as well as Deep Mode within Gong Assistant. Gong also announced the launch of Gong Activate, which is the next generation of Revenue AI, aimed at enabling teams to deploy action processes that can win, retain, and expand customer accounts, with agents and sales staff working together based on the same blueprint.

Launch Gong Activate

Enterprises are no longer satisfied with simply assessing AI; they desire scalable results. Although modern AI has lowered the threshold for task automation, without deep contextual intelligence, it cannot be trusted to handle the complex tasks that drive revenue growth. This is also the context behind Gong Activate, whose core is the vision of a self-improving "revenue cycle" as outlined in Gong.

It automatically fills in missing account and contact information, allowing sales staff to spend less time on research and more time on taking action.   • Agent Builder: Allows teams to create custom agents that automatically run when defined events and conditions are triggered, helping to automate and scale the most critical workflows that lead to success. Users can define trigger conditions, steps, and actions, or they can simply describe the desired agents in natural language. AT & T Business, Anthropic, Cisco, Experian, Snowflake, Thomson Reuters and other customers took to the stage to share how they achieved real results with the help of Revenue AI. Highlights include:

  • AT and T Business are driving better business results through Gong. One example is coaching and training: by using scorecards, call reviews, and manager feedback in Gong, they have achieved a 54% increase in sales representative productivity. In addition, users of the 12 Gong functions they are employing perform better in terms of productivity each time than those who do not use them.
  • Cisco made its comeback a year after deployment, and now it has reached a sufficient scale to measure real results: 18,000 Gong licenses have been deployed across the company, insights have been gained from over 450,000 conversations, and the entire sales team has been enabled to operate on Gong Engage. This has led to a significant increase in productivity, including considerable additional revenue from executing over 50,000 Engage processes. The transaction volume of the early adopter teams was approximately 32% larger, and their win rate was 26% higher.
  • Experian integrated a department composed of four independent acquisitions into a platform driven by AI – not starting with tools, but by first identifying three specific areas that needed improvement: coaching, continuity, and renewal risks.
